How to Order

We sell “halves” of beef only (no quarters), so if you would like a whole animal, you would be purchasing two halves. The purchasing part is easy, however how you desire the meat to be cut and packaged requires a little bit of homework on your part. Beef animals are large and different cuts coming from different parts of the animal. You can’t expect to have 200 lbs of T-Bones, it is anatomically impossible. As mentioned, we take care and pride in the raising and finishing of our animals to obtain desirable quality. This means that beef may not always be available immediately, but you are welcome to place your order as a ‘reservation’ for your beef when it becomes available.
